Accounting Clerk:person responsible for establishing financial accounts, financial statements, and updating accounting ledgers. They prepare and process bills, invoices, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budgets and other financial records according to established procedures.

Secretary /Reception: The Secretary/Receptionist carries out various administrative tasks and supports staff to ensure quick and efficient administrative functioning.

Administrative Assistant: Provides administrative assistance to management. This function consists of planning, supervising and organizing office procedures and ensures the administrative work in the firm is performed efficiently.

Web Developer: An IT specialist whose role is to plan, design, create, manage and maintain corporate intranet/internet websites. The web developer is required to possess knowledge of internetworking concepts, HTML, JavaScript, Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks, Photoshop and also basic graphic concepts.

Web Master : An ITspecialist whose role is to plan, design, create, manage and maintain corporate intranet/internet websites. The web developer is required to possess knowledge of internetworking concepts, HTML, JavaScript, Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks, Photoshop and also basic graphic concepts.

Applications Developer: Applications Developer is responsible for writing and debugging computer programs. Depending on the size of the project, an application developer might work alone or as part of entire IT Department team, be involved in the process or write programs. Application Developer is required to possess working knowledge of Java, .NET, ASP, Access, DataBase programming concept, SQL, Visual Basic, Crystal Reports, hardware and computer operations. They could also be asked to work with Borland C++ Builder, Jbuilder or Delphi.

Network Technician: An IT professional with knowledge of networking concepts and technologies whose role is to support and manage corporate networks. The duties are performed on both the hardware and software levels.Network technicians must possess basic working knowledge of a variety of NOS, TCP/IP, network and computer peripherals and Office 2000.

Human Resources Officer: The Human Resources Department identifies and advertises vacancies, recruits candidates and assists in the selection of employees. Human Resources (HR) also develop and implements policies, programs and procedures for the firm. HR coordinates training, and the development of personnel as required by the director of the department.

Graphic Designer: Graphic Designers conceptualize and produce graphic art and visual materials for publications, advertisements, films, packaging, posters, signs and interactive media such as websites and CD-ROMs to enhance effective communication.

Marketing Agent: A person responsible for expanding the market share by developing, implementing, and analyzing the firm's goods and services in order to ensure an increased profitability by developing marketing programs to promote the company sales.

Communications Agent: The Communication professional develops and applies communication strategies to deliver the firm's marketing message to other organizations and the general public. In addition the communications agent is responsible for the development of internal communication policies.
