Experica Practice Firm Concept

A practice firm is a simulated small-business where participants work to gain valuable employment skills and experience, similar to an internship. The business of the practice firm is based on the promotion of sponsor company's business products and solutions.
Although there is no actual transfer of goods or money, all the usual business activities take place; invoices are issued, financial accounts and records maintained, budgets developed, products promoted, employees paid (simulation), etc.

Practice firms operate all the the adminstrative and commercial activities of real-world companies, but in a virtual economic environment. Each practice firm is a replica, with all the departments you would find in a small business (marketing and communication, accounting, human resources, information technology, administration, etc.) Participation in a practice firm gives participant's real business insight and awareness of current business practices.
