About Experica

What is Experica, the practice firm?

Experica, the practice firm is an employment program. It is a simulated business environment funded by Service Canada that enables participants to gain real time work experience while seeking employment. This 12 week program allows participants to "practice" their skills by "doing" the job in a business environment using the latest technologies.

Participants gain professional knowledge to develop their business skills and access employment opportunities while "learning by doing".
