and area of study. Participants upgrade user skills using the latest
office software, improve their language skills and develop attitudes
that are in demand
in the current job market.

To facilitate your employee search, we offer free access to our pre-selected
candidates possessing experience relevant to the following areas:
- Accounting
Establish financial accounts, financial statements, and update
accounting ledgers. They prepare and process bills, invoices, accounts payable
and receivable,
payroll, budgets and other financial records according to established procedures.
- Marketing and Communications
Expands the market share by developing, implementing, and analyzing
the firm's goods and services in order to ensure an increased profitability.
Develops marketing programs to promote the company sales.
- Information Technology/ Application Development
Writes and debugs computer programs. Depending on the size of the
project, an application developer might work alone or as part of an entire
IT Department
team. The participant is required to possess working knowledge of Java, .NET,
ASP, Access,
DataBase
programming concepts, SQL, Visual Basic, Crystal Reports, hardware and computer
operations. They could also be asked to work with Borland C++ Builder, Jbuilder
or Delphi.
- Graphic Design
Conceptualize and produce graphic art and visual materials
for publications, advertisements, films, packaging, posters, signs and interactive
media such as web sites and CD-ROMs to enhance effective communication.
- Web site Development
Plans, designs, creates, manages and maintains the
corporate intranet/internet web sites. The web developer is required to possess
knowledge
of internet working concepts, HTML, JavaScript, Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks,
Photoshop and also basic graphic concepts.
- Human Resources
Identifies and advertises vacancies, recruits candidates and assists in the
selection of employees. Human Resources (HR) also develops and implements policies,
programs and procedures for the firm. HR coordinates training, and the development
of personnel as required by the director of the department.
- Office Administration
Plans, supervises and organizes office
procedures and ensures the administrative work in the firm is performed efficiently. Greets
clients, answers telephone and general inquiries.
Client's success is based upon our formula of time management which consists of
70% business activities and 30% jobs search. Candidates are expected to manage
their time to ensure a commitment to both job search strategies, business activities
and resulting assignments and projects. The Practice Firm experience is only as successful as the effort displayed by the participants. Our program is based on team
work and cooperation in a mutually supportive environment that emphasizes quality
work in a professional setting.
